Such a hidden gem! Diamond Emporium was recommended by a work colleague. My husband and I met with the team to design a dress ring for our daughter's 16th birthday. We had a really great experience. They talked us through the options - the band, the overall design, the gold options and the stone setting. It was a relaxed, no-pressure experience and after the design meeting, we left feeling really confident that the ring was going to be gorgeous. We were not disappointed - they did a fantastic job in record time and at a competitive price. Our daughter loves the ring. We'd have no hesitation in going back to Diamond Emporium again and recommending it to friends and family. Thanks team - you've created a special piece that our daughter will cherish all her life!

This place is amazing to shop rings for your better half , my partner bought my customised engagement ring and wedding band from here after going through few jewellers . The entire team is so supportive, helpful, efficient in their business and responsible, they are understanding and responding to every single question straight away , I was a hell of a customer when my ring didn’t look the way I wanted it to I , I was so stressed and devastated but the entire team was so supportive and reassured me that they will get it fixed hence they had to make it from scratch again and when I received it , it was amazing magical just the way I picture they made it come true . I would not recommend buying jewellery here. My engagement ring had a hole in it and was not soldered properly. The basket was uneven. Countless problems. They do not have good jewellers or quality control. No jewellers onsite just sales people with no idea of how to check a ring is made properly before giving it to a client. Some money was returned due having to have my engagement remade elsewhere. The money was not close to the cost of remaking it. Or the heartbreak we experienced with constant problems with my engagement ring. Appalled at the quality of a piece a jewellery that is meant to last a lifetime.

Toya worked with us from start to finish to create our engagement ring perfectly, with absolute professionalism, responsiveness and fantastic knowledge of all things diamond. Thank you Toya for answering all our questions and providing your expertise in the design of our engagement ring- it is absolutely perfect and we are still revelling it. The prices offered were competitive and the team were so accomodating of the proposal plan- Diamond Emporium offered so much more than just the rings for us. Toya took the stress out of navigating the different diamond and gold options for the rings, with a very down to earth and practical approach.
